Coaching & Training

Led by Norma Conley, HR Business Partners provides effective coaching and training for individuals and management teams. We design targeted 360-degree feedback instruments, leadership surveys and other innovative assessments at the request of company management teams, CEOs, non-profit boards and regulatory agencies, to name a few.

HR Business Partners steps in to improve interpersonal dynamics, create proper communication systems, and help managers engage their employees. Using focus groups and employee feedback, we develop successful teams, codes of conduct, and internal reporting relationships.

Norma Conley has worked with Fortune 500 execs as part of a national design-and-implementation team called "Managers as Coaches." She conducted in-depth executive assessments of management teams during corporate mergers and acquisitions and managed numerous talent-development programs.

Some of the specific skill-building training sessions our clients often find valuable in today's challenging economy include: conflict management, effective communication, sexual harassment prevention, time management, team building and integration of multiple generations.
